Include your store website, plugin version, approximate time and the error shown in WordPress. Do not attach a customer purchase order, password or API key to the first email. We will arrange a safer exchange if a document is needed.

Install in three steps

1. Download the trusted ZIP and install it through WordPress Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
2. Open WooCommerce → AI Order Entry → Settings and connection. Read the service details and click Start trial.
3. Complete the connection checks, index products and upload a suitable purchase order. Review every suggested value before creating an order.

The store must use HTTPS and have WooCommerce enabled. A customer does not need to enter a service URL, site ID or API key.
