Requires WordPress 6.6.2+, WooCommerce 9.0.0+, PHP 8.1+ and an HTTPS store. The trial starts only after an administrator reviews the terms and clicks Start trial.

1. Upload
Add a PDF, JPG or PNG purchase order from the WooCommerce dashboard.
2. Review
Check extracted details against the original and resolve product or pricing differences.
3. Create
A staff member confirms the final order. PotoSales never creates an order unattended.
Private trial
The initial trial offers 14 days and 20 processed purchase orders, with up to 5 new uploads per day. There is no automatic payment or subscription. The exact allowance is shown before activation in the plugin.
