What the service does
PotoSales helps a WooCommerce store extract information from purchase orders, compare limited product candidates and prepare a sales order for staff review. The store remains responsible for its customer, catalogue, prices, taxes, shipping and final order. A user must explicitly confirm before a WooCommerce order is created.
Who may start a trial
A WordPress administrator acting for the store may activate one trial for that store website. The store must have authority to upload the purchase orders and related customer information it sends for processing. Reinstalling the plugin at the same website does not grant a second trial.
Trial allowance
The initial allowance is 14 days, 20 processed purchase orders and at most 5 new uploads per day. A successful nonempty purchase-order extraction consumes one credit; technical failure, non-PO or empty result releases the reserved credit. Retrying the same import and product comparison do not consume another trial credit. The plugin displays the applicable allowance before activation. The trial is free and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.
Supported use
Files must be PDF, JPG/JPEG or PNG, no more than 5,000,000 bytes each; a PDF may have at most 5 pages. Do not upload documents unless your store is entitled to process and share them for this purpose. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, overload the system or submit unlawful content.
Results and availability
Extraction and product suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Staff must compare them with the original purchase order and their WooCommerce records before creating an order. We may pause processing when a model provider fails, capacity is exhausted, abuse is suspected or maintenance is required. Existing WooCommerce orders remain in the store.
Data and ending the trial
The privacy notice describes the data sent to PotoSales and the AI provider, retention, deletion and support contact. When the trial expires or credits run out, new model tasks stop; existing results remain subject to their normal retention period. You can stop using the service by disabling the plugin and request assistance at yyw41888@gmail.com. Disabling the plugin does not delete WooCommerce orders.
Changes and paid service
Future paid plans will require separate terms and an explicit purchase decision. Changes to these trial terms apply to new acceptances; the service records the version accepted by each store. Contact us if a change affects an active trial.
