  3. Upload your first PO and review the result.
A successful, nonempty purchase-order extraction uses one credit. Technical failures and rejected or empty results release the reservation. Check the allowance shown in the plugin before uploading again.

Will my existing orders disappear?
No. Your WooCommerce orders remain in your store. Already extracted drafts can still be reviewed and turned into orders. Cloud files and results remain subject to the retention periods in the privacy notice.
Can I share credits across two stores?
No. Each connected WordPress website has its own trial and allowance. Reinstalling on the same website does not start another trial.
How do I buy, switch or cancel?
An administrator opens Plans and help in the plugin. Subscribe or buy a top-up there; switching starts the new plan at full price and moves unused credits into it. Cancel renewal on the same page; paid credits remain until they expire.
