Which clients are a fit?
Wholesalers and distributors who already maintain a WooCommerce catalogue, receive customer POs as PDFs or photos and have staff available to check each order. Buyers continue sending documents as usual.
What you can demonstrate
Upload an incoming customer PO, review its customer and lines, match products and confirm a sales order. Customer, product and final order records remain in WooCommerce. Uploaded documents are processed by the hosted service and its AI provider; review the processing details with your client.
A practical evaluation
- Check the installation requirements and the client's data-processing permissions.
- Demonstrate using synthetic information in a test store.
- Ask the client's staff to evaluate representative authorized documents in their own workflow.
- Measure total handling time, corrections and repeat use before recommending ongoing adoption.
Commercial and technical boundaries
Each website has its own trial and allowance. The plugin is distributed through WordPress.org. The current public trial is 20 documents over 14 days, up to five new uploads per day; there is no automatic paid subscription. Administrators can buy monthly plans or top-ups under Plans and help in the plugin. No reseller margin, referral commission, white-label rights or service-level agreement is offered on this page.

The plugin requires review and explicit confirmation. It does not monitor email inboxes, create orders unattended or calculate tax automatically.
